I previously shared a post with you about dessert wine pairings, but it dawned on me that a lot of people have questions regarding basic wine pairings.

I have decided to share some charts with you that I hope that will serve as a point of reference. 

Please keep in mind that the charts are not all-inclusive, as there are many combinations and pairings that will work.

You will know which ones fit best to your liking and that is all that really matters.  If it is a really good wine that I truly adore, I will pair it with almost anything, lol.
